perfume commercials sometimes are a tough sell. it has to capture its audience's attention and leave an impression, inspiring intrigue and awaken the desire to fit the image that it's trying to sell. i love the simplicity of this dior commercial featuring charlize theron. it's romantic, sensual and straightforward without giving too much away. plus, the choice of music is divine.

i'm very excited for pedro almodovar's new film. premiering at cannes last may, the latest film from my favorite director features antonio banderas (finally working with almodovar again) and the stunning marisa paredes.
